EEOC

The Baltimore City Branch NAACP is partnering with the Baltimore Field Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to identify, prevent and eliminate race and color discrimination in the workplace. If you believe that you have been experienced discrimination by an employer, labor union or employment agency because of your race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age (40 or older) or disability, or, for opposing discrimination or participating in a matter about job discrimination, you should contact the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

EEOC Counselors will be available on the first Wednesday of each month to discuss employment discrimination issues with citizens at the branch office located at the 8 West 26th Street – Enolia P. McMillan Building, Baltimore City, MD 21218. So that we may meet our community’s needs, we would appreciate citizens calling our office at (410) 366-3300 to let us know that they will be stopping by.

The Baltimore Field Office of EEOC is located at the City Crescent Building, 10 South Howard Street, 3rd Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201 and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 pm. Information about EEOC is available at its web site at www.eeoc.gov or you may contact 1-800-669-4000.
